Negroni

1/3 each or:

  • 1.5 ounce dry Gin (London Dry Gin/Four pillars, Tanqueray, Ferdinand's oder Bulldog Dry Gin)
  • 3/4 ounce Campari
  • 3/4 ounce sweet/red Vermouth (Cocchi, Carpano Antica Formula, Martini rosso, Noilly Prat rouge, Lustau, Belsazar, Ferdinand's, Casa Mariol Negro)
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, then stir until well-chilled (30s).
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with an orange peel.

  • White negroni: Vermuth to Lillet and Campari for Suze
  • Boulevardier: Gin to Bourbon
  • Negroni sblagiato: Gin to Prosecco
