- 3 ounces brut Prosecco (extra dry)
- 2 ounces Cachaça (traditionnally unaged, but not necessarily) / or rhum agricole.
- Rum: 2oz
- Lemon juice: 1/2 cup, 140ml

- 2 ounces vodka (or gin, tequila, whisky, cognac, pisco...)
- Unmuddled Mint leaves: 6-8
For 1 cocktail:
- 1 part sugar
- 1.5 to 2 ounces Vodka
- 120 ml volee
- Lemon: 1/2 a lemon
- 1.5 to 2 ounces bourbon (Bulleit)
