Whiskey sour
- 1.5 to 2 ounces bourbon (Bulleit)
 - 3/4 ounces lemon juice
 - 3/4 ounces simple syrup or 1/2 demerara syrup
 - (optional) egg or auqafaba (1/2 ounce)
 - bitters
 
- Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake for 10 seconds.
 - Add ice and shake.
 - Double strain into a cocktail glass.
