Caipirinha

  • 2 ounces Cachaça (traditionnally unaged, but not necessarily) / or rhum agricole.
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  1. Muddle limes with sugar in a rocks glass.
  2. Add Cachaça.
  3. Add crushed ice.
  4. Quick stir.
