Irish godfather

• 2 oz irish whiskey
• 1/4 ounce amaretto
• 1/8 teaspoon bitters

1. Mix ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir for 60 seconds.
3. Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.
4. Express orange peel over glass and garnish with it.
