Boiled mushrooms

  • Scallions: 1
  • Garlic cloves: 1
  • Portobello (cut in 9s): 1 cup
  • Shiitake: 1 cup
  • Oyster (slightly torn): 1 cup
  1. Cut aromatics very thinly and set aside.
  2. Wash mashrooms and drain.
  3. Put mushrooms in wok, and cover with water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
  4. Once the water has reduced entirely and before the mushrooms starts burning, add a bit of oil.
  5. Add aromatics.
  6. When aromatics are cooked, add a splash of water to build a sauce.
  7. Serve.
