Boiled mushrooms
- Scallions: 1
- Garlic cloves: 1
- Portobello (cut in 9s): 1 cup
- Shiitake: 1 cup
- Oyster (slightly torn): 1 cup
- Cut aromatics very thinly and set aside.
- Wash mashrooms and drain.
- Put mushrooms in wok, and cover with water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
- Once the water has reduced entirely and before the mushrooms starts burning, add a bit of oil.
- Add aromatics.
- When aromatics are cooked, add a splash of water to build a sauce.
- Serve.
