King oyster slices

  1. Cut mushrooms lengthwise, 5mm thick.
  2. Small cuts across the mushrooms.
  3. Season last minute.
  4. Add oil to pan, high eat and cook mushrooms on one side.
  5. Add butter, garlic and aromatics.
  6. Baste constantly until ready. Set aside.
  7. Deglaze oil with a broth.
  8. Cover mushrooms.
