Pain perdu
- Milk (whole): 160g
 - Eggs: 1
 - Vanilla extract: 3g
 - Cinamon: 1 pinch
 - Brown (or white) sugar: 30g
 - (Optional) Rum
 
- Cut the bread in slices.
 - Mix milk, suggar, egg, cinamon and vanilla extract.
 - Soak the bread.
 - Pan on low, add butter.
 - Cook the bread on each side for 3-5 minutes.
 - Add a bit of brown sugar on the bread and caramelize it a bit.
