Campari spritz

• 2 ounces brut Prosecco (or 3) (extra dry)
• 1 ounce club soda or fizzy water
• 2 ounces Campari
• 1 large green olive, for garnish

1. Fill glass with ice, mix everything and stir gently.
2. Add green olive on a stick to the beverage.
