Rabo de Galo

  • 1.5 oz. (45 ml) Novo Fogo Barrel-Aged Cachaça
  • 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
  • 1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Cynar
  • Expressed lime oil and lime peel for garnish
  1. Mix everything with ice in a mixing glass until cold.
  2. Pour and express lime oil on glass rim.
