Rabo de Galo
- 1.5 oz. (45 ml) Novo Fogo Barrel-Aged Cachaça
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
- 1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Cynar
- Expressed lime oil and lime peel for garnish
- Mix everything with ice in a mixing glass until cold.
- Pour and express lime oil on glass rim.
