Balsamic-port reduction
- 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp red port wine
- Add everything to pot.
- Bring to a simmer, medium heat.
- Stir and reduce by half (5 minutes)
- Let cool and store. No need to refregirate.
Serve on vanilla ice cream.
