Balsamic-port reduction

  • 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp red port wine
  1. Add everything to pot.
  2. Bring to a simmer, medium heat.
  3. Stir and reduce by half (5 minutes)
  4. Let cool and store. No need to refregirate.

Serve on vanilla ice cream.
